Things To Start Doing

I wanted to make a list of things that I would like to start doing. They are so small but so meaningful. I think that everyone should start doing them because they'll make our lives so much better. It's never to late to make some little changes in our lives. 

Go to bed earlier. 
Don't put things off. 
Eat fruits and vegetables.
Go for walk, bike ride or swim. 
Drink a lot of water and green tee. 
Do not judge or compare myself to others.
 Eat a big breakfast, average lunch and tiny dinner.
Enjoy little things in life because they are most important. 
Live in tidy space. My room can get really messy sometimes. 
 Trow away things I don't need. I'm worse at getting rid of unimportant things.
Stretch daily to increase flexibility. If I don't have something that is definitely flexibility.
