Little Things In Life

It is in our nature to worry about things that can impact the quality of our lives. Sometimes that can turn into constant negativity. I personally noticed such a big change in my life since I've started to practice mindfulness. Now I try to worry less and live more. I encourage you to start doing the same. Soon enough you will start to appreciate more little things in life. It will become your habit. Expanding your horizons and learning new things every day is a great way to do it.  I wanted to share with you some other ways as well.

4 SIMPLE THINGS IN LIFE THAT WILL BRING YOU JOY

APPRECIATE ANIMALS

Animals have something so pure and honest in themselves. Just spending your time with them will show you how simple it is to just live life without worrying about unnecessary things. I love all animals but dogs are something special. I just cannot smile when I see a dog. They are just so sweet and always happy. I love seeing dogs early in the morning when they are on the walk with their owners. Being away from home really makes me miss my dogs even more. Playing with them and going on a long walk really makes me so much happier and relaxed.

ADMIRE BEAUTIFUL MORNING

If there is something to be grateful for every day then that is definitely morning. Mornings are a sign that we are alive and that we have a chance to make a difference. That difference doesn't need to be anything huge. Saying a kind word to someone is all it takes.  This might be a no, no for many of you but I actually enjoy waking up early. Especially when I've been woken up by the sun and chirping birds. I try to get out of my day as much as I can and I find that the best way to do that is to wake up as early as I possibly can. I'm sure that some people wake up earlier than me but waking up at 7am for me is pretty good.

GO ON ADVENTURE

Taking a step out of our daily routine and comfort zone is what we need. Once in a while, it is important to change your surroundings and experience new things. This month was definitely all about trying not to worry and live in the moment more. Getting out of my comfort zone and trying new things was really liberating and I'm determined to do more of it. I started to go to a boxing class and I've been loving it so much. I'm training with my friends which makes it ten times better. Can't wait to try other interesting things to do in the future.

SPEND TIME IN NATURE

Nature is the best therapist. The power it holds is just incredible. Sometimes just a quick walk can be the exact thing that you need. For me, nature in the Spring is the most beautiful. I just love seeing everything blooming and growing. It's not too hot or too cold. The weather is perfect for long walks and picnics. I love to spend time with my mom in the garden and help her to plant flowers and vegetables. Sunshine always cheers me up and makes me more awake.

HAVE DEEP CONVERSATIONS

When was the last time you had a deep and meaningful conversation? We as human beings need to socialize and communicate. We need to get our thoughts across but also listen to others and learn from them. There are some topics people naturally stay away from when those are the topics we need to dive deep into. To have a full filled and meaningful conversation isn't something that you can have often these days. So when I can properly talk and discuss things with like-minded or even better different-minded people is something that I don't take for granted. I like to hear what other people think and learn from them.

I think that there is always room to grow and try to become the best version of yourself. I like to write down things that make me happy because that way I can fully think about them and be even more grateful.

What makes you happy?
