Haircare is something I didn't always think much about. I was blessed to be born with thick and healthy black hair. While growing up, my hair had that beautiful glow. I didn't have a lot of split ends, and my hair would grow fast and long.
Although my hair changed, I still haven't had any significant problems with it during my teen years. That is because I never use heat on my hair, and I never dyed it. My hair care routine used to consist of only washing my hair with any kind of shampoo I had at home.

This shampoo is, in my opinion, almost as good as the shampoo recommended by hairstylists, but the price is affordable.

HOW TO USE IT
I sometimes wash my hair on its own and other times while I am showering. I did notice that my hair keeps clean longer when I wash it while showering. First, I wet my hair with lukewarm water. Don't use extremely hot water as it can damage your hair. I then apply a quarter size of the shampoo to my hands and emulsify the shampoo between my palms for a few seconds. This way shampoo will spread out evenly, and it will clean your hair better.
Then I only shampoo the root area of my hair and not the ends. The root area is where your hair gets oily and dirty. If I'm washing my hair while showering I leave the shampoo in my hair while I'm washing my body. Then I rinse it out with lukewarm water. I apply shampoo one more time to make sure that I get rid of any oil and sweat. After rinsing it off with lukewarm water, for the last rinse, I use colder water.
OVERALL
I enjoy using Garnier Fructis Grow Strong Shampoo. I noticed my hair getting softer and healthier whenever I use it. I like the pleasant smell and the consistency. I would recommend it for anyone whose hair is losing its glow. Especially now that we are heading into colder months. The price is also very reasonable and acceptable for a lot of people. Overall it is a great hair shampoo.
