November Book Haul!

Sunday, November 13, 2016

Last week was all about the books. It was the week that I was looking forward to the whole year. Book Fair week. I get very excited for even the thoughts about books and to walk, touch and buy them for me is like a second Christmas. As an almost professional book worm last week was absolutely amazing. I bought a few books so I decided to do a book haul.

  • All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven ~ I'm sure that you all already know about this book. It's not a secret that I wanted to read this book from the first day it was released. It follow two main characters, Violet and Finch. They both are dealing with life difficulties. I already started reading it and it's written in such an gorgeous way. It's definitely a page turner for me.

  • Looking For Alaska by John Green ~ I love the way that John Green writes. It's captivating, interesting and heart full. Looking For Alaska seems like very inspiring and fun book. I really like the plot which follows Miles Halter, boy who wants a little bit of adventure. I heard so many amazing things about this books and can't wait to dive in.

  • Sophi's World by Jostein Gaarder ~ This is the book that my Metaphysics profesor recommend to us to read so we can understand philosophy more clearly. I was so happy when I found it at a Book Fair. I like that it isn't written like other philosophy books. It has interesting way of storytelling. I really hope that I'm going to enjoy it and that it'll help me to get to know philosophy deeper.

  • Sight Reading by Daphne Kalotay ~ I actually read Russian Winter by Daphne Kalotay last year and loved it very much. I decided to pick this one out as the plot seems very interesting. It's about art, music, love and family. I absolutely love the covers. It looks so elegant and warm.

For some of you buying just four books isn't anything special but for me it is. I'm only buying books that I actually really want to read. That't way they won't just collect dust on my bookshelf. I had a few lists of my book priorities and I was so happy when I found them.

Have you bought any books recently?
Have you read any of these ones?
