Are you having trouble with your skin?

I know exactly how you feel. My skin has been acting up since July and although it is nothing too serious I still want to make sure that it looks healthy and clear. I’m sure that you want the same thing so I decided to share with you my go to natural face pilling that you can easily make in not time.

Don’t worry it doesn’t contain any exotic or expensive ingredients. You probably already have all the ingredients needed in your kitchen cupboard. I’m sure you’re going to love it as much as I do.

When it comes to skincare I’m all about the organic and natural skincare brands. Unfortunately sometimes those kinds of brands can be quite expensive and not so accessible for a lot of people. That’s one of the reasons that I started to look into a skincare products I could make on my own. I've been doing that for quite some time and I've really seen so many benefits that homemade skincare can bring.

This natural face pilling is made from just three ingredients that are very beneficial for your skin. Those three ingredients are organic honey, lemon juice and sugar or any kind of crumby product. I recommend you to use the organic honey as it has much more beneficial properties that will nourish your skin. This also goes for the lemon, the more organic the better.

This face pilling can be made in less than three minutes as all you need to do is to combine all of the ingredients together. There really is no science when it comes to it. Only ting you should be careful about is the consistency. It shouldn’t be too liquid as it will slide of your face, but is also shouldn’t be too dry because you won’t be able to massage it properly into your skin. It is really easy to find the right consistence while you make it. Even if it at first seems to be to liquid you can just add sugar or if it's too dry you can add few more drops of lemon.

The amount of the pilling you want to use depends on you. I usually use teaspoon of raw honey and depending on the thickness of the honey I then add around teaspoon of sugar and few drops of lemon juice. I give it a nice mix and the pilling/mask is ready to be used.

This is also very self-explanatory. All you need to do is to apply the pilling to your face with your hands. Gently rub it into your skin with circle motions. Be extremely gentle as if you are using sugar it can be harsh. Sugar is here to remove the dead skin and clear the pores. As it is all natural after you rubbed it in for a few minutes leave it to stay for around 10 to 15 minutes. You can say that this pilling also works as a mask.

While leaving it on the honey will make your skin soft and because of its antibacterial properties it will get rid of redness. Lemon will brighten your skin and make it look fresh. After you left it on for 15 minutes you can gently rinse it off with warm water, never use very hot water as it can damage your skin and make it red. You will immediately notice that your skin is soft on the touch.

As this is a completely natural product I personally sometimes use it 5 times a week. It depends on how much time I have. I usually use it as a part of my night skincare routine but you can of course apply it in the morning as well. With this pilling/mask you don’t need to worry about any allergic reactions, of course if you are not allergic to these three ingredients. You can also use it before and after other skincare products. I would recommend to use it for at least 3 times a week for a quicker results.
