Apple Pie, Cheese Pie and now Pear Pie. Yes you read right. I wrote pear. Just can't get away of my pies. They are just sooo delicious. And you know what? Everybody seems to like them. Today star of the pies is Pear Pie. You may think that pier can't be in pies but I'm telling you that they can. And they are freaking amazing.

I have feeling that pies are underestimated and forgotten in sweet dishes. I think that I have never taste pear in other cakes. I really like to eat pears but never thought about doing something else with them. Till the one day that I searched for  pear recipes. First thing that popped out was Pie. So I just had to do it.

Ingredients:
                     Pastry                                                                Stuffing
35 dg of flour                                                  6-7 medium site pear
1 bag of  baking powder                               2 teaspoons of cinnamon
6 dg of sugar                                                   1 tablespoon of rum
10 dg od butter                                               2 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs                                                               3 deciliter of water
                              4 tablespoons of milk
                                 little bit of salt

The ingredients for pastry is a little bit different from the one that I usually make. First you need to  put flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in one big bowl. Mix it a little bit. Make a hole in the middle and add eggs and butter. It will be easier for you to knead the pastry if your butter is room temperature. When all of your ingredients are mixed and your butter is melted but they don't form a ball you need to add milk. It will help you combine pastry.

You have two options with decorating the pie. You can cut off 1/3 of a pastry and but it in the freezer. And they after a 1/2 hour great it on top or just or roll and stack strips. The rest of the pastry need to be in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Now is time for stuffing. Peel and clean the center of the pears. Then cut them on slices 1/2 cm thick. Put them in a pan and cover them with water, sugar, cinnamon and rum. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Take care that they don't to fall apart. Drain and cool pears

Roll out the dough to the size of the pan and sprinkle it with a little bit of little groat or crumbs. You need to do that so that pears don't wet the pastry. Spread pears over the pastry. Now put the left though on the pears. I did this starry shape.

Bake it for 25 minutes on 180 degrees. After it's done left it to cool down and then decorate it with powdered sugar.
This is honestly so delicious. I really hope you'll try it out and if you do please send me your pictures on my Twitter
