{tips&tricks} Clear Skin

Clear skin is something that as teenage girl I struggle the most. My skin is half oily and half dry. I had a lot of problems with acne, pimples and redness....fortunately, now no longer so much. I always liked to use natural product for my skin. Here are some of my favorite tips for clean skin.

Exfoliate with baking soda ~ You just need to mix baking soda with water until you've got paste. You will need about 2 teaspoons of soda and one teaspoon of warm water. First wash your face with warm water and then just apply paste with gentle circles. After few minutes wash thoroughly.  This paste really cleans my skin and clogged pores.

Don't pick ~ I know how annoying can be to have a white pimple. It's hard resist to touch it but you definitely should. Picking pimples can cause scarring and infection. I once had pimple on the middle of my forehead and after I tried to pomp it it turned read. I made it even worse.

Remove makeup ~ I'm sure that you heard about this tip many times. And I think that this i very important. If you don't remove your makeup before going to bed it can clog the pores while you sleep, resulting in the development of acne. I acquired the habit of removing makeup and I think that everybody should too.

Stop touching your face ~ We pick up bacteria from every surface that we touch. Rubbing the skin with unwashed hands aggravates acne. So, it is important to thoroughly wash hands with soap in warm water for at least twenty seconds, and this must be done as soon as you enter the house from the outside. Touch of skin with your fingers produces oil that clog pores and attract dirt.

Honey ~ Honey is naturally antibacterial,so it's great for acne treatment and prevention. I like to mix honey and warm water and gently rub it into my skin or just put honey itself on spots but then you need to leave it on your face for about 30 minutes. When you wash it away you'll see that it'll leave you with soft and fresh skin.

Hope that this tips would help you and that your battle with pimples will be over.
