6 Books You Need To Borrow From Your Local Library

Thursday, April 1, 2021

When was the last time you went to your local library?

I used to only go to the library to borrow books for my uni classes. I like to own books so I would to go book fairs or second-hand book shops to buy books that I want to read for fun. As I wasn't able to actually buy books I decided to visit my local library often to pick a book that has been sitting on my to-be-read pile for way too long.

4 Books You Won't Be Able To Put Down

Monday, March 1, 2021

If there is something that makes social-distancing easier, then that are books. The best thing about books is that there is something for everyone. I truly believe that you can learn from every book even if you dislike it. As you might already know, I set my goal of reading 52 books this year. So far in 2021, I read 7 books. Today I will be sharing with you 4 books I've read in February that made me not want to put them down.

3 Interesting Books I've Read In January 2021

Tuesday, February 2, 2021

Reading more is my 2021 resolution. I set myself a goal to read 52 books this year. I started January pretty well. I read a book a week until finals came so I had to focus on studying. I'm sure I'll get back on track as soon as I'm done with them.

Although I only read 3 books in  January I am still pretty happy with that as both 3 books were very interesting and different. Another reading goal of mine is to mix it up a little bit and explore new genres. I really recommend these books to those who need a quick read or want to learn something new.

Top 5 Books Of 2020 You Need To Read In 2021

What a sad place the world would be without books, wouldn't it?

In a time of the global pandemic, books provided a safe space for so many of us. Diving into different worlds that, as crazy as it may sound, looked much more normal than our reality.  Escaping into the worlds where at the end everything was right or at least seemed like it is made us reach for the books more often.

For some 2020 might feel like a book with way too many plot twists so they decided not to reach into the fictional world. 2020 is finally over and although our world doesn't look much different now we're in 2021, reaching for one out of five of the books mentioned in this post might make it at least a little bit better.

3 Hacks to Read More No Matter The Season

Tuesday, July 16, 2019

Sometimes even the biggest bookworms have trouble to consistently read and make time for reading. As someone who used to read two book a week and then suddenly hitting the slump I found some hacks that helped me get back on track. In today’s post I’m sharing just 3 that I find the most helpful. They are something we can all incorporate in our everyday life and make reading a priority.

Get Out Of Reading Slump Right Now

Monday, September 10, 2018

There is nothing worse that can happen to a book lover then getting into a reading slump. It’s so frustrating when it happens, especially if you don’t know how to get out of it. It’s even more annoying when you have a lot of books waiting for you on your bookshelf. I’ve been, in what seemed like a longest reading slump ever, and I couldn’t be happier when I finally got out of it. I decided to share with you some of the things that helped me and will hopefully help you to start reading again.

What I've Been Watching, Reading & Listening To Lately

Sunday, August 13, 2017

I'm quite picky when it comes to TV shows, movies and YouTuber's that I watch. It is the same way with books and blogs that I read and music that I listen too. I don't actually watch a lot of Tv and currently popular shows.  I've been really enjoying my recent choices.

July Resolution!

Monday, July 3, 2017

I'm so excited for this month. My to do list has never been so big but also fulled with things that I'm so happy to do. With quite a lot of "free" time I decided that for this month my resolution is going to be about something that I couldn't wait longer to finally be able to do.

September TBR!

Monday, September 12, 2016

After missing the August TBR today I’m going to write about my September one. I had some issues with August so I couldn’t read as many books as I wanted. But September is just perfect for reading. It  is back to school time, I’m starting my college in October so I have plenty of time to read and the weather is just perfect as it’s getting colder and cozier.

July TBR

Tuesday, July 5, 2016

Summer finally started and that means a lot of free time for all the activity's and hobby's that I love. One of them is definitely reading. I started to write my Summer reading list in March. There's so many books that I want to read.

Reading Challenge

Monday, April 20, 2015

I don't know if I mention it before but if I didn't you need to know that I'm big fan of Gilmore Girls. I remember watching it with my mom when I was a little girl. If you like that series to then you can already assume that I like Rory Gilmore very much. If she was a real person we would be best friends...or I would follow her everywhere. You may now that she loved to read. Through the seven season 339 different books were mentioned or read. So I recently watched YouTube clips from Gilmore Girls and I get desire to read all of the book...little to ambitious you would say. I found out about Rory Gilmore Reading Challenge. I always loved to read and I want to do it even more so I think that this challenge will be a good motivation for me.
