Cozy Winter Day In

Friday, November 27, 2015

You know those day's when snow is slowly falling. Everything is white and all you need to do is just chill. You don't need to go to work, school or to some other conventions. Those day's are best kind of days. As I'm writing this I'm listening to Christmas songs and waiting for snow to fall. I'm going to tell you  about things that I like to do on those cozy days.

Those things are something you can't actually do in any time of the year. I think that that's why I love them so much. They are special and just make me so happy and relaxed. I'm sure that you also have your little rituals for lazy winter day in.

There is never a bad time for cup of hot chocolate. But when you think about it you can have cup of hot chocolate in any time of the year. Something I like to do so that I know that this cup of hot chocolate is different is to grab my Christmas cup. I have a ton of them and I absolutely love them. This one is my favorite. I like little Santa figure on the handle. It immediately put me in festive spirit.

Best thing to do while having a up of hot beverage is to read a book.  My favorite winter related book is Russian Winter by Daphne Kalotay. It's such an amazing story and characters. It's full of twists and turns that will make you read it all day. If you're not really into books great thing to do is to watch a Christmas movie. Who doesn't like a good old Santa? My favorite one is The Holiday and Home Alone.

Even if you aren't going outside you need to stay warm. For that you'll need some cozy socks. I really like this blue ones because they go nice with my pajama.  It's blue with reindeer. One big essential is soft blanket. I have a lot of them. They make every room so much more warm and nice. Another thing I like to do to feel super cozy is to light some candle. This one is smelling so nice.

That's my little ritual on cozy day in. You just need those kind of days ones in a while. I can't wait to have more of them when I'm on my  Christmas break .

Do you have any ritual for cozy winter day in?
