Stress is something that each of us faces often. Maybe even on a daily bases. We are cluttered with information that we don't even need and with variety of disturbing situations. It may be school, work, health or things from your personal life.
It's important to step away.  It really isn't the nicest feeling in the world. I definitely felt it quite a lot these few weeks. When I'm under stress or in some kind of stressful situation I feel anxious, worried, nervous and tense. So I tried to find some effective stress relief steps. These are five of de-stressing things that helped me a lot.

If you read my Motivational Monday Quote you know how much I love Spring. It's my favorite time of the year. There are a few things that I want to do and I decided to write them down. I just want to make the most out of sunny Spring weather. I hope that I'm going to to them all and that this Spring will be amazing. So here they are.

Spring is definitely my favorite time of the year. Everything about it makes me so happy. Seeing flowers blooming for the first time this year, birds happily chirping or sun finally coming out. It's the time of the year when I have most motivation and fell like I can do anything. Tree crowns are beginning to bud and bloom, reminding us that we will soon pick their fruits. Everything starts to move. Peoples are going outside, walking, chatting and playing in the parks. Everywhere you can hear laughter of children.

My Favorite Lip Products

I love lip products but I'm not using them as much as I should. My lips can get really chapped and dry. I don't wear bright and shimmer lipsticks or lip glosses. I'm more into nude and natural lip colors. To me it's important that lipstick or lip balm don't dry out my lips and that it stays a good amount of time. These are my top five lip product that I really like and I should use way more often.
