Daily, people are constantly pulled in different directions. From husbands, wives, children, careers, and family members our plates are full! So amid everything, it's important to take care of ourselves. Why should we do that?

Self-care is the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's health. That's the dictionary's definition but here's a different one. Making sure that you are taking care of your happiness in daily life. After all, you are a priority, right?
