After missing the August TBR today I’m going to write
about my September one. I had some issues with August so I couldn’t read as
many books as I wanted. But September is just perfect for reading. It is back to school time, I’m starting my
college in October so I have plenty of time to read and the weather is just
perfect as it’s getting colder and cozier.

Immediately as the days
become shorter and rain starts to replace long and sunny days I’m transitioning
to the more Autumnal desserts. Two ingredients that are well associated with
Autumn are carrots and apples. I picked my apples few weeks ago and my mom plucked
carrots from our garden. This is my first recipe with carrot and I’m thrilled
how it turned out. The sweetness of apples and that interesting carrot flavor complement
each other.

There is no denying that I'm a huge cat lover. Being surrounded by them for the whole of my life and always have them by my side is something that wouldn’t change for everything. I’m thankful that my family absolutely loves cats and that we always had a least 3 of them. I’m always trying to learn new things about them and they always manage to surprise me. I wanted to share some interesting facts about those beautiful creatures.

I love fruits and always try to eat as diverse as I can. Smoothies are just perfect for that. You can use whatever fruit or vegetable you want. I'm more for the fruit ones because I like sweet. I used to do banana smoothie because I like the taste and texture of banana but blackberry one quickly became my favorite smoothie.
