Mary Berry Chocolate Muffins

Muffins are one of those desserts that take minutes to make but seconds do demolish. The biggest question is which recipe to go for as there are so many of them online. From oatmeal and blueberry muffins to gluten-free ones. When in doubt I recommend going with the classic chocolate muffin. I have the easiest and the most delicious chocolate muffin you will ever try. It is of course by no one else but Mary Berry. So if you are craving something sweet then what are you waiting for? Make these muffins and thank me later.

Carrot & Apple Muffins

Monday, September 5, 2016

Immediately as the days become shorter and rain starts to replace long and sunny days I’m transitioning to the more Autumnal desserts. Two ingredients that are well associated with Autumn are carrots and apples. I picked my apples few weeks ago and my mom   plucked carrots from our garden. This is my first recipe with carrot and I’m thrilled how it turned out. The sweetness of apples and that interesting carrot flavor complement each other.
