Burnout is one of those things that can and do happen to almost everyone. They happen at least once in a lifetime. There are both personal and work burnouts that are tightly connected. When you feel burnout at work then your personal life is probably suffering because of it and if you feel burnout on a personal level then you probably can't focus on your work. Thankfully there are some ways to prevent burnouts from happening or at least make them go away faster.

The biggest changes in your life don't need to be extra. Sometimes to see that positive change in your everyday life all you need is implementing mini habits. Those are the things that we usually overlook. We might do them once in a while without realizing how much benefit they would bring to us only if we started doing them more regularly. 

The ones that I am going to write about in this post are super simple and easy to do. Some of them are probably already part of your every day but some are maybe not. There are, of course, a thousand more that you could start doing but I decided to share only these 5.
