First Week Of Social-Distancing Went A Little Bit Like This

Tuesday, March 24, 2020

Last week was the first week of social-distancing. It feels weird writing about it as it makes it feel strange. The start of it was a little bit challenging as this isn't the situation I believe most of us thought would end up in. I knew that the only way to make it a little bit easier to get through is to focus on petite joys. I didn't want to look at it from a negative standpoint. On the contrary, I focused on all the things I could do for myself and for others.  First and most important was to STAY AT HOME.

How To Get Things Done When You Can't Even Start

Do you feel like you know where you want to go but it's like something is holding you back?

Don't worry, you are not alone! Most of us feel this way and more than you would think. Making that first step as hard or easy as it can be is always a challenge. Our brain is programmed to save us from uncomfortable and dangerous things. Sometimes it is doing so to the things that are actually good for us.

So how to fake your brain into actually making that first step towards something you've been wanting to do but the fear was holding you back. This is something that no one but you can do. That's why in my opinion it is best to ask yourself these questions...

Making The Most Out Of Homestay

I hope you are all doing well!

With the coronavirus spreading throughout the whole world it seems like the best way to fight it is to stay in the comfort of our own home. Those who are used to being active and spending their time outside might find this a little bit challenging. It may seem like there aren't enough interesting things to do behind four walls. Well, that isn't completely true. You won't even believe how many fun and productive things you can do while spending most of your day inside.

I Established My Bedtime Routine & Noticed Big Changes

Do you have a bedtime routine you stick to?

For the longest time, I just went to bed and woke up at different times. At that moment I didn't even realize how much damage that did to the way I function throughout the day. It was only when I finally decided to set a specific time I would go to bed and wake up that I noticed such a big difference. I was truly amazed by how much the quality of my life changed. The most shocking part was how easy my body just accepted my bedtime routine. I guess it was like that because I really listened to my body and set a bedtime routine that works the best for it.
