Are you afraid of a change? Reasons Why You Shouldn't be

Thursday, September 20, 2018

There isn’t a single day that we don’t change in one way or another. Like the nature change with every season so do we with different situations and people in our life. There are the little changes that we don’t even realize happened. Sometimes even a thought of a change scare us and we get nervous even thinking about it. We live a life in which we follow a certain routine and everything that stands in a way of that routine we feel afraid of and uneasy. Most of people look at change as something risky and uncomfortable when in fact it can be the best thing that can happen to you.

Easy Ways To Personalize Your Dorm Room

Monday, September 17, 2018 Zagreb, Hrvatska

Being a student for most of us means leaving our home and living on our own for the first time. While some may have that opportunity to live in an apartment, for some their little dorm rooms become their entire home. Living in a dorm room with a roommate that you might or might not know has its advantages and disadvantages. Dorm rooms usually aren’t anything special and when you know that you’ll be spending most of your time there it’s important to make it as cozy and warm as you can. That small little room is now your home for a long time and feeling like it is not yours is what makes living away from home even harder.

Dainty Yet Beautiful Everyday Jewelry Pieces

Wednesday, September 12, 2018

I only realized the power of jewelry few months ago. To be completely honest, I was never a big jewelry person. I just didn’t find that it makes a big difference in my overall look and oh boy how wrong I was. It was so hard for me to find a piece of jewelry that I really like and see myself constantly wearing. I don’t like statement, big or chunky pieces as that’s just not my style and somehow that’s all I could see in the jewelry stores. I’m very much a dainty and simple accessories kind of gal.

Get Out Of Reading Slump Right Now

Monday, September 10, 2018

There is nothing worse that can happen to a book lover then getting into a reading slump. It’s so frustrating when it happens, especially if you don’t know how to get out of it. It’s even more annoying when you have a lot of books waiting for you on your bookshelf. I’ve been, in what seemed like a longest reading slump ever, and I couldn’t be happier when I finally got out of it. I decided to share with you some of the things that helped me and will hopefully help you to start reading again.

5 Things You Should Let Go Of

Saturday, September 1, 2018

Emotions and thoughts have a big impact on our well being but also on our life in general. Sometimes those emotions are controlling our lives and are hard to distinguish. It’s so easy to get caught in bad relationships, situations and thoughts without even noticing. Realizing the importance of letting go and not feeling guilty is the step toward the happier life. There are a lot of things you should let go of but in my opinion these 5 might be among the most important ones.

You Had a Bad Day? Make Yourself Feel Better Right Now!

Thursday, August 23, 2018

It’s so easy to get stuck in that negative and bad feeling because of the situation or person that triggered it and then end up having a bad day or even a week. Our emotions have a huge impact on our everyday life and dealing with good ones is much easier than bad ones. The encouraging but also aggravating thing is that we are the ones that can either control it or let it control us. Nobody likes to feel low although sometimes it feels easier to just surrender to that feeling. Doing just the simplest things can get you back to your usual self and help you feel amazing again.

Ways I Started My Minimalist Journey & How You Can Too

Monday, August 20, 2018

Minimalism is always something I’ve been interested in. I’m not a big materialistic person and saying that I know how hard it is to stay away from material things in today’s world. Most of the times we misunderstand what minimalist lifestyle is really about and end up before even trying to understand it and then incorporate it in our lives.

Minimalist life is about becoming more with less, connecting with the things that really matter and focus less on material things. It’s not something you can do overnight. It takes determination, time and patience which is something that most of the time we don’t have a lot of. I wanted to share with you some ways that I started my journey towards minimalist lifestyle.

When Everything around You Feels Great but You Don't

Monday, August 13, 2018

I really can’t put my finger on what’s gone wrong this last week. I’ve seen so many people off line and on line talking how they just don’t feel like themselves last few weeks. This whole thing feels like even bigger mystery as nothing bad around them happened and they haven’t had big changes in their lives. This weird feeling that floats over you is that I hate the most. Especially when I’ve been in such a positive and productive mood until something I guess changed in my head. So what to do about it you may ask yourself? Well this is what I’m currently doing.

Body Confidence & Self Love- 3 Questions to Ask Yourself

Tuesday, August 7, 2018

I’m sure that you read a thousand articles and blog posts about body confidence and self love.  I also know that it all looks so good in theory but nobody mentions that it’s really hard in the practice. It’s easy to give advice and mean well, I did that myself as well,  but we are all at a different stages of our body confidence and self love journey which makes it hard to apply does advice's personally. Words are great for encouragement and motivation but the action is what makes the biggest change. I don’t want to just tell you to love your body as I’m sure that you want to but somehow you got lost along the way. I want you to ask yourself these questions and maybe they'll help you to get back on track again.

Are You Impatient? It's Affecting Your Life & You Don't Even Know It

Saturday, August 4, 2018

Something I noticed with myself and people around me is how impatient we are with even the little things we do in life. It’s like there is this bug in our brains telling us that we should get things right here and right now and if it doesn’t happen we feel annoyed and displeased. Who should we blame this for? Some say that it’s a millennial thing and that we can’t do anything about it while others say that it’s the bad environment we are put in. Knowing the reason is great for solving the problem but stopping at just that is pointless. We can find a reason and a cure for a disease but if we don’t actually start to use that cure it’s like it doesn’t even exists.
