Best Fried Zucchini

Wednesday, July 30, 2014

Hello!!

One of the reasons that I like Summer is because of all these fresh vegetables and fruits. I'm very lucky that I live on a village so I have my own garden full of different vegetables. One of my favorite vegetables is zucchini. I absolutely love it in all ways, but my favorite is the fried zucchini. It's so easy to make and it's delicious. I decided to share my favorite zucchini recipe with you. xo

Ingredients:

1 Zucchini
tablespoons of milk
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
2 eggs (you'l maybe need more, it depends on how big is zucchini)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Fat for frying, preferably a mixture of oil and butter

Instructions:

Wash and peel the zucchini. Cut it into slices, not very thick.
Salt zucchini and put it into fridge for 10 minutes because they are full of water and salt will release water from them. Drain the water.
In medium size bowl or plate mix 2 eggs with milk until it's fluffy. Salt eggs according to your taste.
 In plastic bowl add flour.
In a separate bowl add breadcrumbs
First drop zucchini into flour then dip it into egg mixture and  then into breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a medium-size frying pan.
Fry them until they are gold brown.

And that's it. They are so easy to make and taste so good. You can serve them as a side dish or you can eat it them as light snack.

Do you like Zucchini? How do you prepare them?

 ;)

Mitovational Monday Quote #22

Monday, July 28, 2014

I was thinking a lot about this quote today.  We all know that we care for other people opinions, me first. I'm really emotional  person and I  accept everything very personally. Thing that intrigued me about this quote is this "Never change who you are". I think that this  occurrence of imposing one's opinion to someone is very frequent in today's world. But it's more frequent at teenagers. It's very hard when someone witch opinion is very important to you says that you need to change. You start to overthinking and doubting in yourself. And in teen years when we are trying to found out who we are and what we want to be this can really hurt us.

Last week I have a feeling that I need to change because of some people. It really got me good. I couldn't stop thinking about myself my personality and behavior. To explain, I'm very talkative person. Sometimes maybe little to much talkative but I never look at it in the bad way till last week when I got feeling that some people that are very important to me don't like that very much. I even try to be more quite. But after lot of thinking I realize that I'm not going to change because of those people. If I'm going to change it'll be because of myself and because I want to be better person. Remember that you are what you are and if somebody don't like that it's their problem.
If somebody is going to love you it'll be because of you and that kind of people will never ask you to change.

The Day When Everything Began!!

Sunday, July 27, 2014

Hello!!

Today is the day that changed my life. It's the day when everything start. Day when I opened blogger, logged in write my first post and click publish button and started this beautiful journal. Two years ago...yeah two years. I think that this was my best decision ever. I remember that when I start I didn't really know much about this blogger world. I step in it unprepared. When I said unprepared I mean like really unprepared. I didn't know about blog design, HTML, photography, bloglovin... I didn't realize how big this blog world is. I was familiar with YouTube and all that kind of stuff but blogger was something different.

Actually YouTube was reason why I even start blogging. To be precise two of my favorite YouTubers; Zoella and Bethany Mota. They were and still are my big inspiration and role models. I know that I could never start a YouTube and when I figure out that Zoella has blog I was surprised. I was always into fashion and beauty and when I realized that I could share it with other girls I was overjoyed. Like it was something incredible for me.

At first I thought that it'll be easy but trust me it was not. At one point I even stop blogging but I just could not without it. I start investigate this world and somehow I figure it out. Although there are so many things that I still need to understand and learn. Google helped me so much. I googled everything.  First year I didn't have single one follower but I didn't want that to discourage me. I know that I love blogging and that I want to do it no matter if nobody read it. Than after couple of months people started to like my blog and I gain more and more  followers. You don't even know how happy I was when had only one follower. I just could not believe it.

Now in 2014 I have 63 bloglovin and 39 GFC friends. I don't look at you like just some people that comes to my blog read and go away. I really don't want somebody to follow me and don't even like my blog. I don't see point in that. I understand that my style of writing don't suit everyone and that is absolutely OK. I look at you as my friends. I'm so happy when you left me your sweet comments and tweets. I like to talk to you.  So never hesitate to leave me a comment. Even if you didn't like something I would accept it as something that I need to work on.

So I want to Thank You so much for your support It means a world to me!!! Hope we'll hang out many years.
Love you so much!! xoxo

Two Color Nail Art

Wednesday, July 23, 2014

Hello!

I love nail art but I'm not very good at it. Actually I suck at it. My problem is that I'm not really patience. Right after I painted my nails I would start to do something and ruin it. And if I ruin only one nail I'll remove nail polish from all of them...I know I'm a weirdo. Yesterday I was scrolling true (you guess it) Pinterest and I found simple and cute nail art so I decided to try it out. I went for this two color nail design. I mist say that I'm pretty pleased how it turn out cause as I said I'm not expert in this kind of think...or any kind of things to be honest.

I just painted my nails with Essence "146 that's what I mint!". You all know how much I love this color. I think it' so pretty. I used striping tape to tape off the tips and add 2 coats of the Essence " 149 hello marshmallow!". I think these colors go well together. When it dried on the top I put Essence "Quick dry top coat". I put it because I want it to last longer I wanted to protect my nail polish against chipping.

As I said I'm not good at this and I did it just for fun. I think that this look prettier than just one color nail. Next time I'm sure it would be much better.

What do you think of  my nail art attempt?

 ;)
