Lemon Drizzle Cake

Friday, February 7, 2014

Hello! Happy Friday everyone!
The weekend started out very well for me! The sun finally came up and the snow is slowly melting! You do not even know how I'm excited for spring and warmer days. I can not wait to save winter clothes, deep in the closet and pulled out a lighter.

Now that I've told you all that now we can move on to something even better than the spring, and it's Lemon Drizzle Cake! It is the easiest and tastiest cake ever

Zoella and Tanya Burr, my favorite YouTuber, a few weeks ago made a video about how to do this cake. I was skeptical at first because I'm not a fan of biscuit cake, and lemon in themYet when I saw how much they enjoyed it, I had to try it out. I'm glad I did it!
So let's get started!

You will need:

 3 Eggs
170g Caster Sugar
170g Self Raising Flour
170g Butter
teaspoon of Baking Powder
110g Icing Sugar
2 Lemons

Preparation:

♥ Mix together the eggs, caster sugar, self raising flour, butter baking powder and zest of 2 lemons. You can use as much as you like lemon zest, it all depends on the size of a lemon and about your taste.

♥ Put the blended mixture into the tin in which you will bake it.

♥ Place the pan in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes. It depends on the thickness of the container.

♥ The way you can check if the cake is baked is to gently poked it with a toothpick or knife. The cake is baked when you pull the knife out and there is no butter on it.

♥ While the cake is still warm poke it with a knife and pour it with drizzle! For drizzle you have to mix the juice of two lemons with icing sugar. This procedure you can do or skip it. It depends on how sour you want to be your cake. I have not used all of the mixture, I just spilled a little.

♥ And your cake is ready for tasting!

My family and I love to eat it! It is very juicy and tasty. You do not need much time to prepare, and the ingredients I believe you already have in your kitchen!

I hope you'll try it out and tell me your opinion!

;)

Motivational Monday Quote #12

Monday, February 3, 2014

Hello!!

Today is the first Monday in February! I hope that you had a good day. Today, as every Monday, I prepared a short but sweet post for you!
Enjoy!! :)

Although I do not like school, when I think that I would see my friends and immediately know that I will laugh so hard, because I have the craziest class in the world, to me school becomes just a little less despised.

I know it is sometimes difficult to find something good in the day, but I believe that there are no days in which something good does not happen. We just have to try to find the good things.

I think it's even better if we, throughout the day, ourselves create happy momentsEvery day we need completely utilize on the best possible way. So that at the end of the day we can say "it's been a pretty good day", and do not regret the things that were bad. Because eventually you will not even remember those bad moments, but you'll be proud of  good ones!!!

Motivational Monday Quote #11

Monday, January 27, 2014

Hello!

Today is the beginning of another weekend, and it is the last week in January! Yes, there are five days to February. Here where I live, last Friday was snowing. So much that almost the entire weekend was no electricity...Yes, it was very fun. But today it's been good so far. The school went well and I finished earlier than planned. The truth is that I have a lot to learn for tomorrow, but I believe that I get all on the time

So, without further let's start with Motivational Monday  Quotes!

The way we live and how we live is a reflection of ourselves. We choose how we relate to our lives, and I say that it should be in the best possible way. Our life is priceless. I honestly do not understand people who do all that their life would have no meaning. All our actions, of which are were going to wake up and seize the day in a productive way, or do nothing and that someone does everything for us  is our choice

It frightens me that one day when I look back on my life I might not see any senseI want to use every day fully. Learn new things and not be afraid of them. Because after all we have nothing to lose. If we do not try them,we might later regret. And I'm sure no one wants to regret anything

You only live once! So whatever you do, do it first for the benefit of yourself, but always keep in mind the otherWho knows, maybe you are, or you're gonna be somebody's role model and inspiration.

Labello LIP BUTTER // Review

Wednesday, January 22, 2014

Hello!
How are you? I'm good thanks for asking! :) I am now in my classroom and I'm done with school for Today. But unfortunately I can not yet go home because I have to wait for the bus that goes at 14:40. So I decided to write this post now so when I get home I only need to take photos and publish... I feel very organizedSo when I set this post I will be at home.
Today's post is a review of my current favorite lip product ever ... I know those are big words.

Well I have for some time wanted to buy this lip butter , but I could not find it anywhere. When I finally found it, I was overjoyed. You can buy it in two flavors, Vanilla & Macadamia and Raspberry Rose that I have. I plan to buy and Vanilla & Macadamia too.

Case in which the lip balm is, is so cute! It is light pink with raspberries! It is round , and not too big but not too small. Perfect size. I just throw it in the bag and it does not take up too much space . The amount of product is bigger than others labels. The amount of butter is 16.7 g / 19 mL, and it is cheaper too .

The first thing I did when I opened it I smelled it! It was simply divine, as the smell of fresh raspberries. I was very surprised at how good it smellsOn the cover says it contains shea butter and almond oil and provides intense hydration and long-lasting lip care. All of the above is true.

My lips are very dry and chapped. Previous labels that I used, only helped me for a short time. But this lip butter is something completely different. One night, I put it on my lips and went to sleep, and in the morning my lips were soft like a flower ... comparison of century

When you open it is light pinkIt is creamy and easy to apply with your fingers. Gives a slight gloss to the lipsI love the feeling it gives when you apply it.
Otherwise I do not wear lip gloss or lipstick, so it is perfect replacement. really recommend it to everyone, believe me you will not regret it

I hope you like my review
I know there are a lot of pictures, but I could not throw any of them out because I am very proud and happy how they turned out! xo ;)
